This package combines visits to Santorini and Mykonos, unquestionably the most popular of the Greek Islands. Both islands are located in the Cyclades. Mykonos is famous for its non-stop nightlife and wonderful beaches, while Santorini is best known it’s romantic atmosphere, spectacular sunsets and massive volcanic crater known as the caldera.
Traditional architecture, a beautiful coastline and panoramic views of the sea are some of the feature shared by these two islands. However, each offers a distinctive atmosphere that has attracted millions of visitors from around the world.
Itinerary
Day 1 – Athens to Mykonos
Early this morning, you will be transferred to the nearby port of Piraeus,where you embark the Blue Star boat to Mykonos. Upon arrival in Mykonos,you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to start exploring the island. Overnight in Mykonos.
Day 2 – Mykonos to Santorini
Leisure until transferred to Mykonos port and board a ferry Santorini. Upon arrival, you check into your hotel which is located close to the harbor. Enjoy the rest of the day getting acquainted with this charming island. Overnight in Santorini. (B)
Day 3 – Santorini
After breakfast, you be taken on a full day tour of Santorini featuring a visit to Acrotiri, a boat trip to the volcano, and stops at the Hot Springs and Thirassia. The tour ends at Oia, for a view of the spectacular sunset. Then you will be transferred back to your hotel. Overnight in Santorini. (B)
Day 4 – Santorini to Athens
Around noon, you will be transferred to Santorini Airport, where you board a short flight to Athens. Then it’s homeward bound or you can extend your stay in Greece with one of our short stay packages or escorted tours. (B)
