Itinerary
DAY 1 Full day Cappadocia Northern Tour with lunch
Pick up from Istanbul Hotels (Taksim or old city area) transfer to airport. Take flight to Kayseri or Nevsehir Airport in the morning (Flight should arrive at 08:15/ 08:30 am).
Arrival and meeting at the airport arrival gate you will be assist with transfer to the meeting point in Cappadocia to join the tour. An impressive day will start with Dervent valley. Than we keep going on with Pasabag “fairy chimneys”, where you can feel the mystic of Fairy Chimneys. We will break at Avanos center of terracotta art. Ceramic dated back to the 3000 BC in the area and survived from to generations A visit to ceramic & tile center to see how the ceramics made by hand. After lunch we visit the famous Goreme Open Air Museum to see the best examples of Icons in Cappadocia. Soft rocks of Cappadocia from the clefts carved out to form stables, churches, monasteries. A visit to the carpet weaving co-operation to see how the Turkish carpet made by hand. We will enjoy the day by taking a look to the Goreme Valley from next to the Uchisar Rock-Castle. Optional Turkish night (In the evening join for the Traditional Turkish night to see folk and belly dancer in the cave restaurant). (L)
DAY 2 Cappadocia Ihlara Canyon Hiking with lunch

Today will be combine of nature and history we will stop to get panoramic view of Goreme from Esentepe. That is the spot and right angle to take the picture of Goreme Valley, Keep driving to Derinkuyu Underground City, one of a kind and the well preserved Underground City in Cappadocia. Dated back to the Hittites than used by the early Christians. Underground city specially carved to be used during the war time to save their lives as well as early Christians hide themselves from the Roman pressure, you can still see stables kitchen living room bedroom and more. Proceed to Ihlara Valley for hiking about 4 km there are lots of little churches from early Christianity period a little stream threes sounds of birds will take you away from the troubles of life At the end of your walk lunch will be served at Belisirma Village by the river. We will also visit Selime Monastery, from the 13th century. Take a break at Yaprakhisar for a Panoramic view (this is also the spot where famous movie “Star wars” was shot).
DAY 3 Cappadocia Southern Tour with lunch
Today will be another mystical day, we will start with a visit Red valley through Cavusin village and discover rock-cut churches and hike 2 km Ancient Cavusin was already abandoned several decades ago due to avalanches. Lunch will be selection of Turkish Cuisine. In the afternoon drive to the Pigeon Valley for panoramic view and one of the visit Under Ground City, where early Christians lived in fear and faith. The houses here are built around the settlement’s nearly 100 tunnels, and are still in use today as storage areas, stables, and cellars. After the tour transfer to Kayseri Or Nevsehir airport for your flight to Istanbul Ataturk Airport.(Flight should depart at 19:30 pm) Upon arrival transfer you to your hotel in Taksim or Old City Area. SPECIAL NOTES
Clients able to walk approximately 1 miles on day one 2 miles on day two and 1,5 miles on day three; over uneven and cobblestone surfaces. Sports shoes, a hat and plenty of sunscreen are highly recommended subsequence of the tour itinerary may vary in order to avoid congestion. Guests should watch their step at whole day in order to avoid injuries.
